    My wife and I have been wanting 2 try sumthing we can do together like excerising try 2 get are bodies in shape and we dont have the time 2 go 2 the gym cuz we have 3 kids. I am 27yrs and she is 23 so i think we could use a challenge like this 1

    Nice, I’m Doing max interval with my brother to get ready for Asylum. But, I had a hard time finding an extra speed ROPE and AGILITY ladder so I included one in my link. You can get 15 foot agility ladders and cut them down to the 6 foot length they use in asylum
